When will my order ship out?
Our hours of operation for both shipping and customer service are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST, excluding weekends and major USA holidays.
Due to stricter covid guidelines, social distancing practices, and shut downs in LA, we have been extremely backed up and busy.
Orders are processed 1-2 business days and will ship 5-7 days after it is placed. This does not include the time spent in transit. Once your order ships out you will receive a tracking number via email.
Pre-orders will ship when items become available. If you have any inquiries about any products listed as a pre-order feel free to contact our customer service team.
Can I make changes to my order?
We do our best to process orders as fast as possible but if you wish to update your order after you’ve submitted it, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our best to find the best solution.
Once an order ships out we cannot make any changes.
How much is shipping?
All shipping rates will vary depending on a few different factors, some of which include:
- Domestic vs International shipments
- Total weight of package
We ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for ANY fees required by customs for any reason. Any customs or import duties are charged by FedEx once the package reaches its destination country. These must be paid by the customer to ensure successful delivery.
All shipping fees we require will be clearly shown to you alongside the service and estimated transit time upon checkout.
How do I return or exchange an item?
